HELEN 

Helen trained from the age of three following the ISTD and RAD © syllabus. She auditioned successfully and gained a place at studio 10 in Liverpool and was awarded a prestigious scholarship from the arts Council England for her professional training. She has a Diploma in Performing Arts majoring in dance, advanced ISTD examinations in ballet, tap and modern dance and numerous associate ISTD teaching qualifications Helen is also Acrobatic Arts © and Zumba certified. 

After Graduating Helen went on to teach at various ISTD schools in the north west and a full-time vocational students, entering students for examinations up to and including vocational level with 100% success.  Helen then performed professionally for a number of years with roles including Dancer, Vocalist, choreographer, she then was commissioned to produce in house productions collaborating  with a live band and musical director.  Helen has worked extensively for the past 16 years delivering dance and performing arts within primary and secondary schools in Norfolk and Suffolk also teaching all genres ballet, tap, modern, acrobatics. Helen has also run her own very successful performing arts school and studios based in Suffolk with her team of teachers for the last 16years.

Helen is involved in teaching at various dance schools, gymnastics clubs including full time vocational performing arts college students. 

Helen is also the owner and creator of Advancing Acro, delivering touring Acrobatics workshops and acrobatics teacher training and certification around the UK.

Helen's very proud that former students have gone on to gain scholarships and full time places at some of the top U.K Dance and performing arts colleges, such as Italia Conti, Masters, Performers, Wilkes. 

Helen is very excited to be co - director and pass on her extensive knowledge to the students at Danceworld Theatre College. To enable them to have a successful start to their career within the performing arts industry.
