Daniela Fabbricatore, BA Hons, BTDA Registered Teacher
Daniela began her training at the age of 3 at the Starlight Theatre School in Leicester. Here she worked through her BTDA grades up to Advanced 2 Tap, Advanced 2 Modern Jazz, Advanced 1 Ballet and Grade 8 Lyrical. She also completed her Level 3 Certificate in Assistant Teaching.
Daniela competed in various competitions up to Championship Final level in Tap, Classical Ballet, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Classical Greek, Modern Jazz, Song & Dance, National and Character. At age 17 Daniela became a National Tap Champion. In 2018 she retained this title becoming a 2 time National Tap Champion, as well as becoming a National Classical Greek Champion.
Whilst at Starlight, Daniela participated in the Tap Attack Associates Programme where she developed her tap to an advanced level.
In 2017 Daniela continued her training at the prestigious Bird College in London where she gained a First Class BA Hons Degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. Whilst at Bird she was a member of an advanced tap dance programme directed by Jack Evans, where she continued to develop her Tap Dance to a professionally Advanced Level.
Upon graduation, Daniela began her Teacher Training through BTDA and now holds a Level 4 Certificate in Dance Teaching passed with Distinction 100%.
Some of Danielas credits include; Bugsy Malone (Curve, Leicester), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Curve, Leicester), and various Pantomimes. Daniela has also appeared in and various Tap Dance Concept videos including ‘Bury a Friend’ choreographed by Kate Ivory Jordan which has nearly 2 Million views on Facebook alone! She also recently choreographed and performed ‘Jump Jive’ under the direction of Jack Evans.
